What Happens Next?

We will acknowledge receipt of Your request within one month and, where possible, complete the erasure without undue delay. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, about which we will inform You.

If we refuse Your request, we will explain the reasons and inform You of any further actions available to You, including lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.
